General City Facilities (visit one)

1. City Hall, 9551 W. Sample Road
One of the oldest buildings in Coral Springs, City Hall once served as the administrative building for original landowner Coral Ridge Properties. The architecture of City Hall is colonial style because James Hunt, one of the City’s founders, wanted Coral Springs to resemble the Old South. The designer of City Hall followed Thomas Jefferson’s design plan of the University of Virginia and even used pre-Civil War bricks in the construction for authenticity.
